In the unlikely event that a parcel has been dispatched and not received, please check your letterbox for the collection slip as the parcel will be waiting for pick up at your local post office. If a parcel has been sent but it has not been received, we will investigate the status of your product.

If you have entered an incorrect address and the parcel has not to be received or returned, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
