WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our products and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. However due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on used or 'change of mind' Sex Toys.
If your product is found to be faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we are unable to replace your product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value.
Please note: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted products at your own expense.
Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, from the date we receive the faulty product.
Before returning a faulty product, may we please ask you to follow a few simple testing procedures as follows.
- Make sure the batteries that are used are of correct type
- Make sure the batteries have been inserted into the product correctly
- Try new batteries as you may be using old worn out batteries
- Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture
- Make sure the security seal has been removed from the battery compartment
Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever during the first 7 days of ownership.
Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by either replacing the original item or providing you a refund. Return Shipment and any additional shipping fees incurred will be borne by the customer. Please keep returned items in their original status.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. We will provide shipping instructions upon request of returned goods. Do not repackage the order and return it to the "shipped from" address. Your refund will be processed as soon as your returned items are received.
Please take care in providing the correct shipping information. The address you provide will be printed on the shipping label. Orders returned as undelivered will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
