In the unlikely event that a parcel has been dispatched and not received, please check your letterbox for the collection slip as the parcel will be waiting for pick up at your local post office. If you have entered an incorrect address and the parcel has not to be received or returned, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. If the parcel has been dispatched and the correct address has been supplied then we will either resend the goods again or refund the order.
