Shipping times will vary depending on location; however, generally shipping and handling can take up to between 7 - 15 days from our Australian warehouse and 15 - 20 days from our USA inventory. If you're located in remote areas, which are generally those post codes outside of metropolitan areas, this may take a little longer to deliver.

All orders placed outside of normal business hours, Monday to Friday and weekends, will be processed the following business day. Rest assured we will process your order as fast and as quick as our sales team can get your items from shelf to post box.

BULKY PACKAGES

For all our heavier and bulkier packages (such as furniture and machines), please contact us directly at info@adultnaughtystore.com so that we can quote you the exact shipping costs from our warehouse to your address. Due to the weight of the package, this will need to be added to the cost of your purchase as its not a standard weight range with our courier companies. 

POSTAL CARRIERS

Packages from our local and international warehouses will be shipped by postage couriers, depending on the weight and size of the products. All postage is ordered through local carriers, for instance, AUS / NZ Post to Australia & New Zealand. 

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

In the unlikely event that a parcel has been dispatched and not received, please check your letterbox for the collection slip, as the parcel will be waiting for pick up at your local post office. If no collection slip, please use the tracking information in the shipment email to find the location of your parcel, and go and collect it from the appropriate local post office using the tracking ID as your reference number. Be sure to take a photo ID and something with your name and address on it. A driver’s license is best.

If you are unable to find the parcel in tracking, or something else has happened, then please contact our support team using our contact us page. Please quote your order number within this email. If a parcel has been sent but has not been received, we will investigate the status of your product.

If you have entered an incorrect address and the parcel has not been received or returned, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. If the parcel has been dispatched and the correct address has been supplied then we will either resend the goods again or refund the order.
