UNDELIVERED PARCELS

In the unlikely event that a parcel has been dispatched and not received, please check your letterbox for the collection slip as the parcel will be waiting for pick up at your local post office. If no collection slip, please use the tracking information in the shipment email to find the location of your parcel, and go and collect it from the appropriate local post office using the tracking ID as your reference number. If you are unable to find the parcel in tracking, or something else has happened, then please contact our support team using our contact us page. Please quote your order number within this email. If a parcel has been sent but it has not been received, we will investigate the status of your product.

If you have entered an incorrect address and the parcel has not to be received or returned, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. If the parcel has been dispatched and the correct address has been supplied then we will either resend the goods again or refund the order.
