In the unlikely event that a parcel has been dispatched and not received, please check your letterbox for the collection slip as the parcel will be waiting for pick up at your local post office. If no collection slip, please use the tracking information in the shipment email to find the location of your parcel, and go and collect it from the appropriate local post office using the tracking ID as your reference number.
