We are 100% committed to ensuring that all deliveries are as discreet as possible, to enable your shopping experience with us to be as pleasant as possible. Your order will be packaged in a discreet, plain parcel. The only details included will be the recipient’s details.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office (Don't worry all items are packaged discreetly with no identifying markings).

TRACKING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of payment. Postal tracking is included with all orders. An e-mail will be issued for all orders dispatched to your address with the details for tracking products. 

SHIPPING TIMES 

Shipping times will vary depending on location however generally shipping and handling can take up to between 7 - 15 days from our Australian warehouse and 15 - 20 days from our USA inventory. If you're located in remote areas which are generally those post codes outside of metropolitan areas this may take a little longer to deliver.

All orders placed outside of normal business hours Monday to Friday and weekends will be processed the following business day. Rest assured we will process your order as fast and as quick as our sales team can get your items from shelf to post box. 

Please note if we are out of stock, we will send your product directly from our distribution center which includes overseas locations i.e USA to save time so you don't have to wait until our next shipment arrives. (Please allow 10 to 20 business days) 

POSTAL CARRIERS

Packages from our local and international warehouses will be shipped by postage couriers dependent on the weight and size of the products. All postage is ordered through local carriers, for instance, AUS / NZ Post to Australia & New Zealand. 

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

In the unlikely event that a parcel has been dispatched and not received, please check your letterbox for the collection slip as the parcel will be waiting for pick up at your local post office. If no collection slip, please use the tracking information in the shipment email to find the location of your parcel, and go and collect it from the appropriate local post office using the tracking ID as your reference number. Ensure to take a photo ID and something with your name and address on it. A driver’s license is best.

If you are unable to find the parcel in tracking, or something else has happened, then please contact our support team using our contact us page. Please quote your order number within this email. If a parcel has been sent but it has not been received, we will investigate the status of your product.

If you have entered an incorrect address and the parcel has not to be received or returned, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. We encourage all customers to double-check the shipping address on the checkout page, prior to placing the order and also again in the delivery email which is sent after placing the order.

If the parcel has been dispatched and the correct address has been supplied then we will either resend the goods again or refund the order.

What if you're out when your order arrives?

If you're out when your package is being delivered, the courier company will leave a card scheduling another delivery attempt or advise you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order.

If your parcel is taken to the nearest courier service depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.

What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?

If your parcel is more than 12 working days overdue, please contact us.
